RadTech and PAMA Announce Program for 2025 Photopolymer Additive Manufacturing Workshop

CHEVY CHASE, MD (June 30, 2025)RadTech, the nonprofit for ultraviolet and electron beam technologies, and the Photopolymer Additive Manufacturing Alliance (PAMA) are pleased to announce the agenda and speaker lineup for the 2025 PAMA Workshop, taking place September 15–16, 2025, at the University of Colorado in Boulder. The event kicks off Photopolymer Week 2025, which also includes the prestigious Photopolymer Fundamentals Conference from September 16–19.

The PAMA Workshop brings together academic and industrial leaders for two days of in-depth dialogue on the evolving challenges, standards, and innovations in photopolymer additive manufacturing (PAM). The program features panels on materials reliability, regulatory changes, and the future of technologies like SLA, DLP, DIW, and Volumetric Additive Manufacturing (VAM).

Workshop highlights include:

  • Panel I: Current State of Photopolymer 3D Printing and Beyond – Exploring where the field stands today and how to overcome technical and commercial barriers
  • Panel II: Regulations, Safety, and Standards in a Changing Landscape – Addressing new policies around monomers, photoinitiators, emissions, and workplace exposure
  • Panel III: Materials Innovation and Print Reliability – Tackling why printed parts often fail to meet datasheet specifications
  • Technology Spotlight & Panel IV: Volumetric Additive Manufacturing (VAM) – Examining the potential and limitations of next-generation 3D printing

“We’re proud to support this unique, collaborative platform where scientists, engineers, and industry experts come together to share insights and drive progress,” said Gary Cohen, Executive Director of RadTech. “As photopolymer technologies become increasingly critical to advanced manufacturing, the PAMA Workshop delivers the kind of deep engagement and knowledge-sharing the field needs to move forward.”

Vince Anewenter, Director of the Photopolymer Additive Manufacturing Alliance, added: “The PAMA Workshop isn’t just about presenting research, it’s about asking hard questions and working through challenges together. Whether it’s compliance with shifting regulations or the need for greater print reliability, our sessions are designed to foster real-world solutions through honest discussion.”

The PAMA Workshop is open to researchers, developers, engineers, product managers, and policymakers involved in photopolymer materials, applications, and production systems.
